What is this course exactly?

I’ve never worked with mushrooms before. Is that okay?

Yes. This is designed to be guided and supported. The structure is part of what makes it safer than trying to figure it out alone.

Can I join without microdosing?

That depends on the specific structure you choose to offer, but the emotional and somatic work itself is valuable even beyond the medicine component.

What if I can’t make every session?

Replays are available each week, though attending live is strongly recommended because the container matters.

A NOTE FROM AMANDA…

I created this course for people who are holding so much inside and have no safe place to let it move. For those who feel numb, overwhelmed, or quietly struggling and know something needs to shift. Not just in the mind, but deep in the body and the heart.

This exact process has changed my life. It helped me get out of the spinning loops in my head and back into my body where the real healing happens. It allowed me to finally access and release old, buried emotional patterns that were running the show without me even realizing it. Grief I never gave time to. Rage I thought I was not allowed to feel. Shame I had been carrying for years. When I finally gave them space, my nervous system began to settle. I found peace where I used to feel tight, and softness where I used to brace.

How to Feel is a six-week live group experience that combines microdosing, somatic therapy, emotional processing, and weekly support. It is designed to help you reconnect with your emotional body and move through what has been held for years. Everything is structured and guided so you never feel lost or alone.

❓ I have never worked with mushrooms before. Is that okay?

Yes!  Many people in the program are brand new to this work. You do not need any previous experience with psychedelics. We walk you through everything and hold a safe space for you to explore this with care and guidance. Amanda is an expert with psilocybin medicine and knows exactly how to guide its use and prepare you for the work.

❓ What’s in the microdosing kit?

We source our mushroom medicine from a trusted provider who has been a personal friend of Amanda’s for over ten years. This ensures the medicine is clean, responsibly grown, and energetically sound. The kit is mailed directly to your home in a discreet, unmarked package with no external labels. Your perfect dose will be discussed with Amanda.

We will go over everything you need to know about how to work with the medicine safely and intentionally, including the legal considerations, during our Group Prep Call.

 
 
❓ Is this safe? Can I work or drive?

Yes. The microdosing protocol we provide is gentle and non-psychedelic or “sub-perceptual”. You will remain clear-headed and functional throughout. You will be supported every step of the way and can always adjust the dose or pace based on how your body feels. After our Saturday sessions, you will be able to live you life just as you would any other day, with a note that this is deep emotional work and integration, journaling and alone time in enouraged.

❓ Can I join without microdosing?

Yes. While the course is built around a microdosing protocol, you are welcome to participate without taking the medicine. You will still receive the full benefit of the live sessions, somatic practices, emotional themes, and integration support. This is your journey, and you are always in choice.

This is a small, intimate container with a maximum of fifteen people. We keep the group intentionally limited so that everyone feels seen, supported, and safe to share. You will not get lost in a crowd.

❓ What if I cannot make every session?

The sessions happen live on Saturdays at 11 AM Central. If you miss one, we provide a recap and integration support so you stay connected. The real work continues during the week in your body, your emotions, and your day-to-day experience. REPLAYS will be available until the end of the year, so you can go back whenever you feel stuck in an emotion in the future.

❓ What is the difference between the group experience and the Deep Dive?

The group experience includes all live sessions, the microdosing protocol, and weekly tools.


The Deep Dive includes all of that plus a private 90-minute one-on-one session with Amanda for deeper emotional release, guidance, and support. This is best for those who want individual attention in addition to the group container.

❓ Who is this not for?

This is not a fit for someone in active crisis or untreated mental illness without outside support. It is also not designed for people looking to bypass emotion through performance or productivity.

This course is for people ready to feel, with compassion and curiosity, and move toward something real.
