Safety First: Your Mushroom Wellness Blend Journey

Your safety is our top priority as you embark on this journey. Here are our recommendations and suggested protocol for using our curated Mushroom Wellness Sacrament Blend:

Suggested Protocol

Dosage:

  • Take one (1) capsule first thing in the morning on an empty stomach every 72 hours.

Initial Use:

  • For the first 3-5 doses, it’s crucial to gauge your tolerance. We recommend taking these initial doses when you have at least 4 hours free to fully experience the effects. Avoid work, driving, or important obligations during this time to prevent any disruptions.

Mindful Intentions:

  • Be clear about your intention for each dose, whether it’s enhancing creativity or deepening emotional connection. Take a moment to truly connect with the sacrament before your moment together. 

Journaling:

  • Journaling is a powerful tool for your wellness journey. At the end of each day, take time to reflect on your experiences, shifts in perspective, and key moments. This practice can help you set new intentions as you progress.

Perceptual Effects:

  • This blend is designed to be sub perceptual, providing subtle enhancements to color and emotion while allowing you to function in your daily routine. If you experience major visual distortions or overly strong reactions, consider opening the capsules and reducing the dose by half. DO NOT DRIVE or operate anything dangerous until you’ve had 3-5 experiences with this dose. 

Discontinue Use If:

  • You have a family history of schizophrenia.
  • You experience a wave of depression that feels more intense than a temporary emotional shift. Our blend is meant to intensify emotions, but if these feelings become overwhelming, it may be best to pause and reassess.
