To ensure a quality experience, we may cancel or reschedule the retreat if minimum attendance isn’t met 30 days before the start date. In that case, you can:
1. Move Your Reservation to a future retreat with a 20% discount.
2. Receive a Full Refund of any payments made.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy:
– Deposit refunds: after the Application Interview Call incur a 15% admin fee.
– 61+ days prior: 75% refund minus $85 admin fee, or transfer credit valid for one year.
– 31–60 days prior: 50% refund minus $150 admin fee, or transfer credit valid for one year (limit one transfer).
– 30 days or less: No refund or transfer.
– If the retreat is full: 90% refund minus $100 admin fee.
Retreat Date Changes: If fully paid and needing to reschedule, you can transfer to another retreat within the same season at no cost with 30+ days’ notice.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen changes.
